Bobby and his wife Layne keep three neighboring townhomes on Alicia Drive. One quiet Brookstone street. One mile (walkable) to Historic Downtown Franklin.
We have lived in California, Texas, and Tennessee. Our work around the world taught us how to make a room ready — and how to leave people alone when they need to rest or get something done. Travel through more than thirty-five countries taught us what we want in a stay: a clean bed, a stocked kitchen, honest Wi-Fi, and a host who is nearby if you need them.
The houses are eclectic on purpose. Family pieces sit next to things we found traveling. Hardwood floors, no carpets, HEPA filters. We do not take pets and we do not take parties. Neighbors are close. The street is residential. That is the point.
Three doors in a row started as a practical idea: we can be next door if a lock sticks or a guest needs an extra towel, and the same quiet standard applies to every house.
